6877 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry during January - September

6877 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during January-September 2024.

5768 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 218 appeals are being processed. 891 appeals were withdrawal of applications, gratitude and requst.

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the power supply grid, providing terms of references, operational status of electrical equipment and devices, interruptions in electricity supply, gasification, debts and fines, meter problems, renewable energy, request for the reception, issuance of permits and other issues.

In this period, 292 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
