Training on the rules of conducting interviews was held

A series of trainings continues within the joint cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center.

At the training on the rules of conducting interviews in the civil service, the presentation on the topic was made by the representatives of the SEC. Detailed information about the stages of preparation for interviews, rules for checking candidates` knowledge, experience, general outlook, professional training, duties of members of the interview Commission, rules for evaluating candidates and other matters were given. The employees` questions were answered in the interactive discussions.

21 employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA under the Ministry participated in the training.
