The Ministry of Energy calls on those wishing to obtain the energy auditor qualification certificate

The Ministry of Energy calls on those wishing to obtain a energy auditor qualification certificate for conducting an energy audit in business entities and buildings (facilities).

The energy audit aims to increase energy efficiency and determine energy conservation opportunities, the amount of energy losses and emissions into the environment, and the cost-effective energy efficiency measures to be implemented.

To obtain a qualification certificate, higher education in the energy or economic fields and at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant specialty are required. Attestation is carried out by the Ministry of Energy by the test method within 2 hours and without interruption. Candidates are given 40 test tasks, including 10 closed and 50 open types. Candidates who have scored at least 45 points on the test are considered attested.

In order to issue a qualification certificate to an individual, the legal entity (energy audit organization) in which he works must apply to the Ministry of Energy.

Applications for obtaining the energy auditor qualification certificate by 13:00 06.09.2024 in electronic form are accepted via email of Ministry of Energy minenergy@minenergy.gov.az. Application and attestation are free of charge.

The vanue, date and time of the exam, as well as information on the upcoming exams will be announced on the official website of the Ministry www.minenergy.gov.az.
