Training on Conflict Management was held

Training was held at the Ministry of Energy for the purpose of proper communication and effective organization of relations between employees.

At the training, the representatives of the State Examination Center Gulu Aliyeva and Narmin Khalilova made presentation on the topic. Detailed information about the concept of conflict, types according to direction and scope, its causes and effective solution, complex person types, correct behavior strategies in tense situations in the business environment, key points related to communication in conflicts, behavior towards emotions and other issues was provided. At the end, practical tasks related to different situations were performed, and the employees` questions were answered.

25 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the training.
