Training on gender equility on civil service was held

Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a training on gender equility on civil service was held.

Practical information on about the concept of gender, gender equality, stereotypes, human resources management and gender mainstreaming, consideration of gender roles, norms and attitudes in the labor process and other issues was provided at the training, which was presented by Mirana Rustamli, a representative of the State Examination Center.

21 employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA under the Ministry participated in the training.
