Training on Fundamentals of Leadership and Management was held

The next training was organized in order to improve the activities of employees at the Ministry of Energy.

The training, which was presented by the representative of the State Examination Center Mirana Rustamli, was on the topic Fundamentals of Leadership and Management. In the training, which continued with interactive discussions, the functions and types of the leader, management activities, formation of leadership style, management, emotional intelligence in the activities of the leader, motivation, self-regulation qualities were discussed, and views were exchanged on professionalism in team building and leadership, factors determining leadership style, correct planning in management and other issues.

Employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the training.
