2052 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry in the first quarter

2052 appeals were received by the Ministry of Energy and agencies under Ministry during the first quarter of 2024.

1662 of the appeals were implemented accordingly and 150 appeals are being processed. 240 appeals were informative (withdrawal of applications, gratitude and others).

Appeals covered mainly to connection to the power supply network, providing terms of references, electrical equipment status, gas supply, metering, renewable energy, issuance of permits, and other issues.

In this period, 87 citizen receptions were organized by the senior officials of the Ministry and Agencies under the Ministry, and relevant instructions were given to solve the issues raised in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
