Board Meeting was held at the Ministry of Energy

The next Board Meeting was held in hybrid format under the chairmanship of Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, with the participation of structural units and agencies under the Ministry.

Opening the meeting, the chairman of the board spoke about the measures implemented in the field of energy, implemented projects and upcoming tasks in accordance with the policy established by the President of State Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The Minister announced the agenda of the meeting and gave the floor to the speakers.

In accordance with the agenda, the report on the forms of reports on the information received from energy subjects for the compilation of the energy balance and the initial projects on the methodology for preparing the energy balance were heard, opinions and proposals were presented for the improvement of the project.

Also, the report on the status of executive discipline and receiving citizens` applications for 2023 was reviewed at the Ministry of Energy. The state programs, the implementation of the tasks arising from the relevant decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the measures taken, the level of implementation of the work plan of the Ministry and the tasks on the State Control Information System, the status of the implementation of citizens` appeals received by the Ministry and agencies under the Ministry were reviewed and the next tasks to be done were discussed.

At the end, the Chairman of the Board gave relevant instructions related to the measures envisaged during the next period, the upcoming tasks and their operational implementation.
