Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan visits Algeria

Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov paid a visit to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. The Minister will take part in the 7th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Member Countries of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), which will be held on March 2 in the capital city of Algeria.

The Summit will discuss gas policy, recent developments and trends, as well as the role of natural gas resources in the global energy market by member states in the upcoming period.

It is planned to hold bilateral meetings within the visit.

It should be note that our country is represented in the GECF as an observer member.
