An open tender, announced by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 26, 2019, on the purchase of labour and services for the preparation of a bill of quantities to reconstruct the existing heat distribution point and booster pump station, transforming them into a modern neighbourhood boiler house due to the suspension of the exploitation of the main heating lines fed by Baku Thermal Power Centre, was canceled in accordance with Article 50-4.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On State Procurement’.
