In the open tender for the purchase of the works and services for the preperation of feasibility study for the establishment of the Green Energy Corridor between Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romania-Hungary announced by Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 17.10.2023, since the number of bidders was less than three, so the continuation of the request for proposals was refused according to paragraph 11.1 of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement. The announcement was not intended to be re-issued.
