Because of the tender offers do not meet the formal requirements, the open tender (054790) announced by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 30 December 2022 on procurement of equipment and devices (laptops, printers, cameras and others) was canceled according to Article 11.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on "Public Procurement".
