Certificate from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations on taxes and other compulsory payments, as well as cases of non-fulfillment of the duties of the taxpayer established by the tax code of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the last year (without taking into account the term of its termination)

Information about similar contracts implemented by consignors (contractors) over the past 3 years (if operating for a shorter period of time, during the entire period of activity), as well as copies of recommendation letters from at least 5 (five) enterprises related to similar projects implemented by them are required to be scanned and submitted via the portal in PDF format.
