In 1993-2006 he worked as chief engineer and head of department in various organizations.

In 2006-2014 he worked as a consultant, senior consultant, head of department at the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in 2014-2018 he worked as a head of department at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since January 15, 2018, he has been working as Head of Department of Confidentiality and Mobilisation at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
