Educational institution and year: Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan -  bachelor degree (2009); ADA University – master degree (2012)

In 2008-2009, he worked as a lawyer in the private sector.

During 2012-2017, he held the positions of PR Specialist and  PR Leading Specialist at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During 2017-2024, he served in various positions at the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2025, he worked as Head of Department of Public Relations and Digital Management of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 28.01.2026, he has been working as Head of Department of Public Relations and Information Security of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
