In 1993-2002 he worked as a legal consultant, head of the law department in various organizations.

In 2002-2005 he worked as a leading consultant at the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2005-2013 as a leading consultant and head of department at the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since January 15, 2018, he has been working as the Head of Department of Law at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
