In 2013-2018 he worked as a consultant, senior consultant at the State Agency on Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources.

Since 2018, he has worked as a senior consultant, chief consultant, head of sector at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 30 October 2025, he has been working as Head of Department of Energy Efficiency at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
