He was engaged in a pedagogical activity in 1986-1999.

In 1992-1996 he worked as a Head of Department at the State Student Admission Commission

In 2000-2011 he worked as the Head of Human Resources of Offshore Oil and Gas extraction PU and Azneft PU at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR)

In 2011-2014 he was engaged in a scientific activity at Baku Slavic University.

Since 2 May 2014, he has been working as Head of Department of Civil Service and HR at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He is a PhD in philology.
