He served as Leading Advisor, Head of Section, Deputy Head of Department - Head of Section, Deputy Head of Administration- Head of Department of Internal Control at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the period 2014-2021.

He was engaged in pedagogical activities at the National Aviation Academy during the period 2011-2017.

In 2018-2021, he received a master's degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has been serving as Head of Department of Internal Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 25 January 2022.
