Venue of the certification exam: State Examination Center, Electronic Examination Building, 50 S.S. Akhundov Street, Binagadi District, Baku.

Start time: 29 September 2025, at 10:00

Candidates are advised to arrive at the venue no later than 09:00.

Entry to the building will be closed at 09:45.

 

Rules for participation in the certification exam:

1. On the day of the exam, candidates must arrive at the venue at the time indicated in the admission card and bring the following documents:

-Original identity document;

-Admission card.

 2. Candidates will not be admitted in the following cases:

-Missing or mismatched documents;

- Submission of forged documents;

-Arrival less than 15 minutes before the start of the exam;

-Appearing under the influence of alcohol;

-Attempting to enter the exam building with prohibited items (mobile phones, other communication devices, electronic devices, data carriers, books, notebooks, journals, notes, reference materials, dictionaries, tables, bags, or other auxiliary tools).

3. Present documents at the entrance to security staff, undergo the required checks, then proceed to the examination hall indicated on the admission card and sit in the assigned seat.

4. Carefully verify the accuracy of your personal data (surname, first name, patronymic) displayed on the computer screen.

5. In case of any discrepancies, immediately notify the hall supervisor.

6. The exam will start after the allocated time for familiarization with the rules is over.

7. At the end of the exam or after the allotted time expires, candidates must leave the examination hall.

 

Candidates are prohibited from:

- Presenting forged or another person’s documents, sending someone else in their place, or appearing intoxicated;

-Using any auxiliary materials during the exam (except for a calculator), including mobile phones, communication devices, notes, reference booklets, etc.;

- Changing seats, walking around without permission, or disrupting the exam process after it has started;  

- Influencing another candidate’s results, including looking at another’s answer sheet, allowing others to view one’s answers, asking or giving answers;

-Requesting help from supervisors or other persons to solve tasks;

- Bringing flammable, explosive, sharp, piercing, or similar objects, or tobacco products into the exam building;

Leaving the examination hall within the first 1 (one) hour after the start of the exam and during the last 30 (thirty) minutes of the exam, regardless of the reason.
