The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced a general interview on 23 November the vacant civil service positions - Deputy Minister of the Power and Thermal Energy Department, Deputy Minister of Department of Supply, Head of the Thermal Energy Section of the Power and Thermal Energy Department, Chief Advisor of Energy Efficiency on Economic Fields Section of Energy Efficiency Department and Chief Advisor of  of Energy Efficiency in Buildings Section of Energy Efficiency Department.

Civil servants serving in administrative positions in the state body in which vacant position was announced and having the qualification level corresponding to the classification of administrative positions, persons with at least 5 years of service experience and working in administrative positions in the state body, persons who have served in a special type of civil service and have a special (military, diplomatic) rank, provided for in Article 2.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service", persons who have at least 5 years of service (service) in the special type of civil service provided for in Article 2.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service" and have worked in special (military, diplomatic) positions, persons with at least 10 years of work experience in positions in state bodies (institutions) approved by Resolution No. 7 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 12 January 2023, persons in reserve staff list of the Ministry of Energy in connection with the liquidation of the state body, reduction of the number of civil servants or staff, and persons with a phd degree in the educational requirement (direction) intended for holding a civil service position can apply for the vacancy.

Candidates wishing to participate in the internal interview must register by filling out the Application form for civil service on the internet portal of the State Examination Center till 18:00 in 22 December 2023.

Admission of documents is only carried out online through the internet portal of the State Examination Center. To participate in the internal interview, the scanned version of the following documents must be attached to the application form during online registration:

   copy of the document on higher education

   copy of employment record book

   copy of the supporting document on the awarding of the degree of Doctor of Sciences.

   copy of a document confirming the possession of special, military or diplomatic rank,

The candidate applying for the interview must meet the requirements of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service" and general conditions for vacancies defined by the legislation.        

A candidate who does not meet the requirements established for the vacancies may not participate in the interview.
