The Ministry of Energy announced an interview stage of the competition

On 1 May the Ministry of Energy announced an interview stage of the competition on the vacancies on Senior Advisor, Leading Advisor of the Energy Efficiency Section on Economic Areas of the Energy Efficiency Department, Senior Advisor of the Energy Efficiency Policy and Accountability Section of the Energy Efficiency Department, Senior Advisor, Advisor of the Thermal Energy Section of the Electric Energy Section of the Power and Thermal Energy Department, Senior Advisor of the Legal Analysis and Expertise Section of Law Department, Leading Advisor of Energy Efficiency in Buildings Section of Energy Efficiency Department, Leading Advisor of the Work with International Organizations Section of International Cooperation Department, Advisor to the Finance Department and Advisor to the Law Department

At the interview stage of the competition, candidates with valid civil service certificate on the relevant position of the civil service, ones with the degree of Doctor of Sciences intended for the position of the civil service can participate.

Candidates wishing to participate in the internal interview must register by filling out the “Application form for civil service” on the internet portal of the State Examination Center till 18:00 in 30 May 2023.

Admission of documents is only carried out online through the internet portal of the State Examination Center. To participate in the interview stage of the competition, the scanned version of the following documents must be attached to the application form during online registration:

          copy of the document on higher education

          copy of employment record book

          copy of the supporting document on the awarding of the degree of Doctor of Sciences.

The candidate applying for the interview must meet the requirements of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service" and general conditions for vacancies defined by the legislation.        

A candidate who does not meet the requirements established for the vacancies may not participate in the interview.
