On 5 February, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced an interview on the vacant civil service positions: Advisor of the Interstate Cooperation Section of the International Cooperation Department, Leading Advisor of the Legal Analysis and Expertise Section of Law Department.                         

At the interview stage of the competition, candidates with valid civil service certificate on the relevant position of the civil service, ones who have at least 10 years of experience in positions in state bodies (institutions) approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 7 dated 12 January 2023, and ones with the degree of Doctor of Sciences intended for the position of the civil service can participate.https://e-qanun.az/framework/53208

Candidates wishing to participate in the internal interview must register by filling out the Application form for civil service on the internet portal of the State Examination Center till 18:00 in 6 March 2025.

Admission of documents is only carried out online through the internet portal of the State Examination Center. To participate in the interview stage of the competition, the scanned version of the following documents must be attached to the application form during online registration:

          copy of the document on higher education

          copy of employment record book

          copy of the supporting document on the awarding of the degree of Doctor of Sciences.

The candidate applying for the interview must meet the requirements of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service" and general conditions for vacancies defined by the legislation.        

A candidate who does not meet the requirements established for the vacancies may not participate in the interview.
