The Ministry of Energy announced an interview

On 17 August, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced a competitive interview for the recruitment to vacant civil service positions of Advisor of the Energy Efficiency Policy and Reporting Sector of the Energy Efficiency Department of the Ministry of Energy and Leading Advisor of the Document Management Sector of the Civil Service, Legal Affairs and Document Management Department of the Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency under the Ministry of Energy.

At the interview stage of the competition, candidates with valid civil service certificate on the relevant position of the civil service, ones who have at least 10 years of experience in positions in state bodies (institutions) approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 7 dated 12 January 2023, and ones with the degree of Doctor of Sciences intended for the position of the civil service can participate.

Candidates wishing to participate in the internal interview must register by filling out the Application form for civil service on the internet portal of the State Examination Center till 18:00 in 15 September 2026.

Acceptance of documents on the announcement is carried out electronically only through the internet portal of the State Examination Center. To participate in the interview phase of the competition, the scanned version of the following documents must be attached to the application form during online registration:

  copy of the document on higher education

  copy of employment record book

  copy of the supporting document on the awarding of the degree of Doctor of Sciences.

The candidate applying for the interview must meet the requirements of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Service" and general conditions for vacancies defined by the legislation.        

A candidate who does not meet the requirements established for the vacancies may not participate in the interview.
