 Control panel for administrators.
 
All menus (including submenus) and the information in those menus reflected in the interface to be developed for the board will be managed by the institution's administrator through the administrative panel (admin panel). The administrator can add, edit, delete, or deactivate any information. A history of all activities performed in the administrative panel (when and by whom) will be kept. The ministry should have access to the administrative panel from any computer.
The interface must be installed on the Ministry's internal or any provided servers. All technical work related to the installation (configuration, etc.) will be carried out by the contractor.
The interface should be designed to run on VMware virtual machines. If the virtual machine host changes location, there should be no disruption to the operation of the program and its components (connections).
 
The interface to be developed for the board will be in 2 languages ​​(Azerbaijani and English).
Programming language: PHP Interface: – HTML, CSS and Javascript; Database: MySql Open source content management systems (joomla, wordpress, etc.) should not be used.
