The Ministry of Energy announced an internal interview

On 13 August the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced an internal interview with the Minister's Assistant (for Secretariat and Management) and the Head of the Energy Efficiency Department in connection with the vacant civil service positions.

Civil servants currently serving in administrative positions within the state body that has announced the internal interview and holding a qualification degree in accordance with the classification of administrative positions; individuals retained in the reserve staff list of the Ministry of Energy due to the abolition of a state body, reduction of civil service positions, or staff downsizing; as well as candidates applying for administrative positions corresponding to classifications 1–3 in state bodies of categories 1–3, and for administrative positions of the fourth classification (Head of Department, Advisor to the Head, and Assistant to the Head) within central executive authorities of category 2 state bodies and equivalent institutions (the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Secretariat of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Protection of State Secrets under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan), are eligible to participate.

Candidates wishing to participate in the internal interview must register by filling out the Application form for civil service on the internet portal of the State Examination Center till 18:00 in 27 August 2025.

Admission of documents is only carried out online through the internet portal of the State Examination Center. To participate in the internal interview, the scanned version of the following documents must be attached to the application form during online registration:

    copy of the document on higher education

    copy of employment record book

The candidate applying for the interview must meet the requirements of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Civil Service and general conditions for vacancies defined by the legislation.        

A candidate who does not meet the requirements established for the vacancies may not participate in the interview.
