Statement

In the request for the creation of an information system on renewable energy sources and the involvement of a consulting company for the organization of measurement observation works on potential areas announced by Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 04.11.2023, since the number of bidders was less than three, so the continuation of the request for proposals was refused according to paragraph 11.1 of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement. The announcement was not intended to be re-issued.
