Statement

In the request for proposals announced by the Ministry of Energy on 04.11.2023 for the procurement of work related to the investigation of the potential of offshore wind energy and the implementation of measurement and other preparatory measures, since the number of bidders was less than three, the continuation of the request for proposals was refused according to paragraph 11.1 of the AR law on State Procurements.

The announcement was not intended to be re-issued.
