Statement

In the quotation request announced by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 21.08.2023 to purchase postal (courier) services (069794) was canceled according to Article 50-4.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on Public Procurement” due to insufficient number of participants who submitted an offer to participate.
