Paragraph 10.1. If damage is caused to the consumer as a result of an accident in the energy system or in the network of the energy supply enterprise (e.g., damage to electrical receivers, spoilage of products, etc.), the energy supply enterprise is liable to the consumer for material damages in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Paragraph 10.4. The energy supply enterprise shall review the consumer's application regarding the damage within ten days and, in accordance with these Rules, compensate the consumer for the damage.
