"Regulation on the Issuance of Construction Permits and Permission for the Operation of Certain Construction Objects", 2019

Article 3.7. In accordance with subsection 3.5.2 of this Regulation, supply enterprises must ensure that the technical conditions related to engineering and communication provision are submitted electronically to the authority issuing the construction permit within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the application.
