Paragraph 3.17. When conducting technical inspection in cases stipulated by paragraphs 3.14 and 3.15 of these Rules, when it is detected that the laying of power transmission lines and construction and installation works are not carried out in accordance with the technical conditions, the power supply project (layout) and the requirements of the “Rules for the Installation of Electrical Facilities”, 

-   in cases stipulated by paragraph 3.14 of these Rules, the Power Supply Company (PSC) or State Electricity Company (SEC) and in cases stipulated by paragraph 3.15 of these Rules, the Agency - shall provide within 2 (two) days the customer and contractor with a substantive response, indicating faults to be eliminated.

-   if these works are performed by the Power Supply Company (PSC) or State Electricity Company (SEC), these companies shall be provided within 2 (two) days with a substantive response indicating faults to be eliminated.

Paragraph 3.18. The contractor, the Power Supply Company (PSC) or State Electricity Company (SEC), laying power transmission lines and performing construction and installation works, is responsible to eliminate the faults indicated in the response in accordance with paragraph 3.17 of these Rules within 2 (two) days, and the works performed shall be re-inspected in accordance with paragraphs 3.14 or 3.15 of these Rules.

Paragraph 3.6. In case of detecting any faults during the installation of electrical facilities, deviations from the technical connection terms, the “Rules for the Installation of Electrical Facilities” and other regulatory documentation, or in case of non-availability of the electrical personnel trained for servicing these facilities, they are not allowed to be put into operation until the mentioned faults are eliminated.
