Call Center

Call Center “974” is available at the Ministry of Energy in order to ensure efficient arrangement of examination of applications submitted by citizens, increase effectiveness of public services, ensure flexible receipt and execution of applications and achieve operational efficiency in evaluation of issues under the authority of the Ministry.

To use the services provided by the Call Center, citizens can call the Call Center by dialing "974" from Baku and "012 974" from regions and all mobile operators available in our country.

Reception of  and handling all calls, inquiries and requests made by the citizens via the Call Center will be carried out appropriately.

The Call Center will be accessible from 9:00 to 18:00 on working days, as specified by legislation.
